Roles And Responsibilities

• Design and Development:
• Develop and maintain user interface components using React.js framework, ensuring code is clean, scalable, and reusable.
• Implement UI designs that are in line with the project requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
• Integrate front-end components with back-end services, working closely with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other front-end developers, back-end developers, designers, and product owners to understand and implement project requirements.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of the codebase.
• Technical Documentation:
• Write and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation of the codebase, including comments, README files, and technical specifications.
• Ensure that technical documentation is up-to-date and accessible to other team members.
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure the stability and reliability of the application.
• Work closely with the QA team to identify and resolve defects and issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in web development and the React.js ecosystem.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s development processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Identify and recommend new technologies, libraries, or frameworks that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the development team.
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in web development, with at least 1 year in React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Familiarity with modern web development tools and technologies such as Webpack, Babel, and Node.js.
• Understanding React.js and its core principles, including experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) is a plus.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into smaller, manageable tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools is a plus.
