Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing maintenance, project management, and revenue budget control of automotive R&D testing facilities in the role of Manager Facility Maintenance & Monitoring for R&D Test Facilities in Gurgaon/Rohtak. Your role involves overseeing the techno-commercial aspects of facility maintenance, executing periodic maintenance, handling RFQs and technical evaluations, ensuring optimal utilization of test facility setups, and implementing AI/IoT-based predictive systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting test equipment, ensuring safety compliance, and audit readiness. Key Responsibilities: - Manage techno-commercial aspects of facility maintenance. - Plan and execute Periodic Calibration/preventive/predictive maintenance. - Handle RFQs, technical evaluations, commercial negotiations, and approvals. - Ensure uptime and optimal utilization of test facility setups. - Implement AI/IoT-based predictive systems. - Maintain and troubleshoot test equipment (e.g., dynamometers, NVH, EV systems, wind tunnels). - Ensure safety compliance and audit readiness (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001, 45001). Qualifications Required: - B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechatronics. - Minimum 65% marks. - 7-10 years of experience in automotive testing facility maintenance. Additional Company Details: The company prefers candidates with knowledge of international business (L/C, INCO Terms, FTA etc.), experience with PLC/SCADA/HMI, AI/ML, IoT platforms, and operation and maintenance of various automotive test facilities. Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential for this role. Preferred certifications include Industrial Safety, Energy Management, HV/LV working (EV specific), and AI/IoT Systems Integration.,
