Role Overview: As an experienced and highly motivated Research and Development (R&D) Manager specializing in Electronic Engineering Products designs, you will lead the R&D team in designing, developing, and innovating Electrical Test & Measurement Products. Your role will involve driving the entire product development lifecycle to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality electronic solutions. Key Responsibilities: - **Team Leadership:** - Lead and manage a cross-functional team of electronic engineers, designers, and technical experts. - Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging continuous learning and skill development. - Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and evaluate team performance. - **Project Management:** - Develop and execute project plans for successful delivery of Electrical Test & Measurement Products. - Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless project execution. - Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. - **Product Development:** - Oversee the conceptualization, design, and development of electronic test & measurement products. - Drive innovation by staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new product ideas to market. - **Research and Analysis:** - Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends. - Analyse technical data, research findings, and customer feedback to make informed decisions. - **Regulatory Compliance:** - Ensure all electronic engineering products comply with industry standards, regulations, and certifications. - Collaborate with legal and regulatory affairs teams to navigate compliance issues. - **Budget and Resource Management:** - Develop and manage the R&D budget efficiently. - Work closely with procurement to source materials and components required for product development. - **Communication:** - Effectively communicate project updates, timelines, and challenges to key stakeholders. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create product documentation and marketing materials. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) preferred. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in electronic product development in a leadership role. - In-depth knowledge of electronic engineering design principles, technologies, and manufacturing processes.,
