RCU Digital Fraud Team Member-Ho & Support-Internal Control

Role Overview: As a Digital Banking Fraud Analyst, you will be responsible for having a thorough understanding of Branch Banking processes, systems, controls, and digital banking trends related to digital banking frauds. You will need to stay updated on regulatory requirements concerning digital frauds and raise queries or alerts to the relevant parties for appropriate action. Your role will involve liaising with branches, RRM, various departments, vendors, banks, and wallet companies to ensure the logical closure of raised alerts or queries and facilitate the recovery of disputed amounts. Additionally, you will be in charge of sending rejection letters to customers, taking immediate action on UE raised, conducting end-to-end investigations, recommending process changes, tracking and following up on unusual events and incidents, creating dashboards for management reporting, updating NCIF and K-Force, and handling internal and external communications effectively.
