Job Description –Business Consulting Associate (CA Fresher)

About the Role

We are inviting Chartered Accountants to join our Business Consulting team. This role blends core finance responsibilities with exposure to problem-solving, digital transformation, and advisory work. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support clients and internal stakeholders in making informed, data-driven business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial analysis, performance review, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Assist in business analysis, understanding client needs, mapping processes, and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Work on risk assessment, internal controls reviews, and financial process evaluations.
• Contribute to the development of dashboards, insights, and financial models for business decision-making.
• Participate in digital and transformation initiatives, leveraging tools such as automation, analytics, and workflow enhancements.
• Prepare structured documentation—process notes, working papers, and presentations—for consulting engagements.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to support solution-building and delivery of advisory projects.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of financial, accounting, and business fundamentals.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to break down problems and interpret data.
• Exposure to or interest in AI tools, automation concepts, Power BI, analytics, or digital finance (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good communication and presentation skills—able to explain financial insights in a simple, business-friendly manner.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to work across diverse projects and industries.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and a consulting mindset.
