Quick Commerce Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quick Commerce Manager located in Noida. The Quick Commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations related to quick commerce activities, managing sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key tasks include business negotiation, data analysis, and effective communication with team members and clients. The role requires collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and achieving sales targets.

Salary: 40k to 60k

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Onboarding & Listing:

• Coordinate with Blinkit & Zepto teams to list products.

• Ensure correct SKU creation, images, pricing, and descriptions.

• Monitor listing status & visibility on app.

2. Inventory & Stock Management:

• Maintain real-time stock data for Blinkit & Zepto.

• Coordinate with warehouse or store to ensure availability.

• Avoid stock-outs & overstocking by proper forecasting.

3. Order Management & Fulfillment:

• Monitor incoming orders in the dashboard.

• Ensure timely pick-pack-dispatch within Q-commerce timeframes.
