Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and cost plans for construction projects.
• Evaluate tenders and prepare rate analysis.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and process contractor bills and verify site measurements.
• Coordinate with the site team, engineers, and clients regarding material requirements and cost reports.
• Maintain records of payments, contracts, and project expenses.
• Support project planning by providing accurate cost data and projections.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 1–3 years of experience in quantity surveying (preferably in construction or real estate).
• Strong knowledge of estimation, billing, and MS Excel/AutoCAD.
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
