We are currently looking to hire a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our HSR Layout team. Key Responsibilities: Assist the senior architect in developing conceptual designs, architectural drawings, and presentations. Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and walkthroughs using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Lumion. Support in the preparation of working drawings, detail drawings, and municipal submission plans. Collaborate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure coordinated project execution. Conduct site visits for measurement, supervision, and ensuring adherence to design intent. Participate in client meetings and incorporate feedback into design revisions. Maintain project documentation and ensure timely delivery of tasks. Required Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office. Knowledge of local building by-laws and submission procedures. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and design. Basic understanding of construction materials, processes, and detailing. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in architectural design or drafting. Registered with the Council of Architecture (preferred but not mandatory). Show more Show less
