RoyalLinks is a growing and dynamic construction and interior design firm based in Bangalore. We specialize in residential, commercial, and interior turnkey projects, focusing on high-quality design, precision execution, and client satisfaction.

• Develop architectural designs for residential and commercial projects based on client requirements and site constraints.
• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and similar software.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, engineers, and contractors during all phases of design and execution.
• Conduct site visits for design validation, quality checks, and progress reviews.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Support in interior design layouts and detailing when required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and site coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, and MS Office.
• Good understanding of design principles, construction methods, and materials.
• Strong visualization, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

• Knowledge of local building bye-laws and approval processes.
• Experience in both architectural and interior turnkey projects.
