Architect – Design & Planning (Northeast Region)

Location: Assam(current project) | Full time role (Delhi based)

Open to candidates willing to travel across Northeast India

We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead exciting design and planning projects across the Northeast region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design, planning of interiors of cultural centers, museums, heritage conservation sites and execution; prior experience across the Northeast.

Prepare concept designs, master plans, working drawings, and DPRs aligned with client and project goals.

Collaborate with exhibition designers, conservation architects, AV engineers, and cultural experts for project delivery.

Conduct site visits and oversee quality, timelines, and design implementation.

Guide and mentor junior architects and interns, fostering a collaborative design culture.

Client presentations, reviews, and coordination meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Master’s in related field preferred, not mandatory

Experience : 7–12 years

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong understanding of planning, detailing, materials, and site coordination.

Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.

Candidates based in the Northeast (preferably Assam/Guwahati) or open to frequent project travel are encouraged to apply.
