Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects.
Meet with the client to understand the client's objectives and desires.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and teams to address clients' needs.
Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings) for clients.
Maintain industry knowledge to stay relevant.
Holds behavioural attributes of result-oriented, Teamwork, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
Holds sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitches, driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers

Must have Experience in Commercial & Residential Projects

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum Bachelor's degree, 3 - 4 years of experience in the related field. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape 3D Max, V-Ray, and the Microsoft Office suite.
Strong creative and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to execute.
