Architect

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Architect with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architectural design, project planning, and execution. You will work closely with our design and construction teams to deliver innovative, functional, and sustainable architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout project phases.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring projects from concept to completion.
• Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
