Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and project teams Monitor construction progress and ensure work is on schedule Ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance are met Maintain site records, daily reports, and attendance Communicate project updates to management Requirements Proven experience as a site supervisor (2+ years preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of construction drawings, methods, and materials Ability to handle multiple teams and tasks Must be flexible with site location and timings Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
