Quantitative Researcher

What You'll Do:

• Develop and refine quantitative models to identify and capture trading opportunities
• Collaborate with traders and engineers to translate research into production at scale
• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract alpha and improve execution
• Continuously innovate in areas such as market microstructure, risk management, and automation

Your Profile:

• Exceptional analytical ability and a passion for solving complex problems
• Strong programming skills (Python, C++ or similar)
• Expertise in probability, statistics, optimization, or machine learning
• Demonstrated excellence in a highly competitive academic or professional setting
