Job Description

The Qualtrics Administrator will oversee the configuration and maintenance of software applications, ensuring proper setup, integration, and functionality of Burns & McDonnell’s Qualtrics program in alignment with organizational standards and processes. This role will provide technical leadership and support on survey initiatives, as well as, continuous tool improvement to enhance our internal survey program.

  • Support the design, build and implementation of surveys, dashboards, and feedback programs within the Qualtrics platform.
  • Provide technical support to internal teams and end-users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Document survey processes, platform configurations and procedures.
  • Manage user roles, permissions and access controls.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison with our Qualtrics support partner to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
  • Ensure system compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Research and design survey solutions and feedback mechanisms based on internal stakeholder requirements.
  • Maintain standards for survey design, documentation and project methodology.
  • Perform testing and quality assurance of surveys and dashboards before launch.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the Qualtrics platform.
  • Participate in survey design and program reviews to ensure quality and effectiveness.
  • Create visually engaging content and presentations using Canva to support employee experience initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various business units and other internal stakeholders to optimize survey distribution, data collection and reporting workflows.
  • Stay current with experience management trends, survey methodologies and best practices.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in management information systems, computer science or industrial-organizational psychology degree.
  • Minimum of two years of experience technical administration of the Qualtrics platform.
  • Experience with survey logic, scripting and data analysis is preferred. 
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, CSS and HTML is a plus.
  • Expertise in Canva for creating visually engaging content for executive presentations is highly preferred.    
  • Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to obtain Qualtrics certifications.
