Quality Supervisor

The job role involves overseeing the quality assurance processes to ensure that plastic products meet established standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the quality control team, including operators and technicians, ensuring effective implementation of quality standards.
• Develop, document, and implement quality control processes and procedures aligned with company and industry standards.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and product testing at various stages of the manufacturing process to identify defects or deviations.
• Analyze quality data, customer complaints, and production issues to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant quality management systems.
• Train and evaluate quality personnel to maintain high competency levels.
• Manage calibration and maintenance of quality measurement instruments.
• Prepare quality reports, maintain documentation, and communicate quality metrics to management and customers.
• Handle customer quality issues and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹204,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
