Required Quality Supervisor at manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide quality inspectors, technicians, and support staff during daily operations.
Conduct in-process, final inspection, and testing of materials and finished products.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, quality procedures, and customer specifications.
Identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain accurate documentation, inspection reports, and quality records.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve quality-related problems.
Monitor quality performance metrics such as rejection rate, scrap, and rework.
Train team members on quality tools, safety, and inspection techniques.
Drive continuous improvement activities using tools like 5S, Kaizen, and Lean systems.
Ensure calibration, upkeep, and correct use of measuring instruments and testing equipment.
Required Qualifications :
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
