About the Role

Quality Manager

You will be responsible for strengthening our quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry benchmarks, and driving continuous improvement across operations. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction, product reliability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain

  Incoming Quality Checks (IQC)

  for all materials.
• Validate and monitor

  process quality

  across assembly lines.
• Conduct regular

  audits of machinery and engineering processes

  , identifying faults, deterioration, and repair needs.
• Audit and maintain

  comprehensive production records

• Supervise

  quality checks for R&D dispatches

  .
• Ensure thorough

  Pre-Dispatch Inspections (PDI)

  before client deliveries.
• Act as the

  lead inspector and auditor

  of workplace workflows, enforcing compliance and improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Electrical or Electronics Engineering

  .
• Minimum

  7 years of experience

  in quality management roles within wiring harness, Tier-1 automobile, or electronics sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of

  quality standards, methodologies, and tools

  .
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a commitment to continuous improvement.
