Role & responsibilities Collaborate with senior management to optimize QMS processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Develop, implement, and maintain all documentation related to the QMS including manuals, policies, procedures, and flowcharts. Manage QA/QC team operations, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions. Review project specifications to ensure full compliance with client, regulatory, and international requirements. Ensure effective implementation of project-specific quality plans and secure client approvals. Coordinate with Third Party Inspection (TPI) agencies and certification bodies for audits and renewals. Lead internal and external audits and ensure findings are recorded, reported, and corrective actions tracked. Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to quality requirements. Drive root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), and follow-up to prevent recurrence of non-conformances. Track quality objectives, KPIs, and report regularly to management. Participate in risk assessments and mitigation planning. Conduct regular cross-functional quality review meetings and action planning sessions. Support overall quality culture within the organization. Job Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in QA/QC, preferably within oil & gas modular fabrication or manufacturing. Proven experience in handling Saudi Aramco, ADNOC , or similar project frameworks. In-depth understanding of QA/QC processes during pre-commissioning, fabrication, and delivery stages. Must be available and willing to travel across GCC countries as required. Technical Competencies: ISO 9001:2015 QMS Lead Auditor certification (IRCA or equivalent). Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other relevant QHSE standards. Proficient with international codes and standards (API, ASME, AWS, ASNT, CSWIP, etc.). Expertise in root cause analysis, problem-solving tools, and CAPA methodology. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, and technical documents. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), AutoCAD, and QA/QC-related software.
