Quality Manager

As a Quality Control Manager, your role involves implementing methods to inspect, test, and evaluate products and production equipment. You will ensure that products adhere to quality standards and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data. Your responsibilities will also include supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff, providing guidance and feedback, and overseeing all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for rejecting products that fail quality standards, engaging with customers to gather product feedback, and producing statistical reports on quality standards. Reporting to upper management on quality standard issues and evaluating product recalls will also be part of your duties.
