Role & responsibilities * Creating and maintaining quality control processes, policies, and standards. * Tracking and analyzing quality control data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement. * Supervising and mentoring quality control personnel, providing guidance and support. Experience with major EPC contractor. Conversant with the Engineering Standards such as IEC, ISA, API, BS, NFPA, IEEE, IMO, ITU, EIA/TIA, etc. and Client Standards such as ARAMCO, BP, NORSOK, SHELL, TOTAL, etc. Required Candidate profile Conversant with Class rules like ABS, DNV and GL. Experience in design of Field Instrumentation, DCS / PLC / RTU based control systems, Relay/PLC based Safety Systems and Fire & Gas Detection Systems.

Experience in Offshore / Onshore / Drilling rigs – Design / Construction Industry. AutoCAD and MicroStation CAD drafting experience is essential. SMARTPLANT 3D or AVEVA PDMS or Equivalent - 3D Modeling experience is essential. Required Candidate profile Instrument Loop & Wiring Diagram preparation using SMARTPLANT (SPI) or AVEVA Instrumentation software experience is essential.

Role & responsibilities - About the Role: - The Engineering Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for managing all engineering functions related to the execution of multi-disciplinary EPC projects. This includes overseeing engineering design, ensuring technical integrity, driving project efficiency, and aligning engineering outputs with client specifications and industry standards. The role demands strong coordination across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil, and telecom disciplines, with a proactive approach to HSE integration, quality control, and stakeholder engagement. The Engineering Manager acts as the technical authority across projects involving flare systems for refineries, industrial security and telecommunication solutions, and storage tanks, ensuring that engineering deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. - Education: Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Chemical Engineering, (masters preferred). - Experience & Requirements: 15+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5+ years in a managerial or lead role within EPC/industrial projects. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in QA/QC, preferably within oil & gas modular fabrication or manufacturing. Proven experience in handling Saudi Aramco, ADNOC , or similar project frameworks. In-depth understanding of QA/QC processes during pre-commissioning, fabrication, and delivery stages. Must be available and willing to travel across GCC countries as required. Technical Competencies: ISO 9001:2015 QMS Lead Auditor certification (IRCA or equivalent). Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other relevant QHSE standards. Proficient with international codes and standards (API, ASME, AWS, ASNT, CSWIP, etc.). Expertise in root cause analysis, problem-solving tools, and CAPA methodology.
