Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and oversee hospital-wide quality improvement programs.
Ensure compliance with NABH, JCI, and other healthcare accreditation standards.
Conduct regular audits, assessments, and gap analyses to maintain quality benchmarks.
Establish patient safety protocols and monitor clinical outcomes.
Coordinate with medical and non-medical staff to enhance service efficiency and patient care.
Develop and implement SOPs for hospital processes to ensure standardization.
Address patient feedback and grievances to improve service quality.
Train hospital staff on quality protocols, infection control, and patient safety measures.
Monitor hospital hygiene, biomedical waste management, and safety standards.
Prepare and submit reports on quality indicators, accreditation renewals, and compliance status.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of hospital accreditation and regulatory guidelines.
Experience in handling hospital audits and quality certifications.
Leadership and team management skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and training skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in NABH, JCI, or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) is an added advantage.
Experience in healthcare operations and quality assurance.
