Ensures that observations and assessments of children are carried out regularly. Ideates, plans, and executes events, trips, celebrations etc., along with colleagues, as per the Events Calendar. Ensures the safety, health, hygiene, and security of the child. Guides assistant teachers and support staff and gives them feedback as required. Notifies the centre head of any areas of concern. Interacts with parents to discuss the child's progress.
