Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager based in Thrissur. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance within the hospital. Daily tasks include maintaining and enhancing quality standards, conducting audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. The role also involves training and mentoring staff on quality practices and working closely with various departments to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance and process improvement within a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH, NABL)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in data analysis and quality management software
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Certification in Quality Management or a related field is an advantage
