Job Description

Hiring Quality Head - Sheet Metal / Stamping Industry

Quality Head

Role Overview:

Lead Quality Assurance and Control across all operations, ensuring compliance with global automotive standards and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing and NPD processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage QMS compliance as per

    IATF 16949

    and

    ISO 9001

    .
  • Oversee

    PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA

    and related documentation.
  • Handle customer and supplier quality audits.
  • Drive root cause analysis, CAPA, and improvement initiatives.
  • Support NPD for flawless part launches and quality validation.
  • Develop and mentor the quality team.

Requirements:

  • 14+ years

    of experience in Quality Management (Sheet Metal / Stamping industry).
  • Strong understanding of automotive quality systems and audits.

  • Qualification:

    B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering.
