Key Responsibilities Develop and execute category strategy for the 0–8 years segment, aligned with brand goals. Lead seasonal range planning with the design and sourcing team. The role demands a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can uphold brand standards, train vendors, and ensure all shipments meet client specifications. Key Responsibilities Inspect fabrics, trims, and accessories before bulk production begins. Review tech packs, samples, and pre-production approvals to ensure accuracy. Conduct in-line, mid-line, and final inspections at vendor units. Identify defects, document findings, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) . Maintain quality checklists, AQL reports , and communicate deviations proactively. Work closely with merchandisers, production teams, and vendors to ensure quality at every stage.
