Key Responsibilities: Manage QMS compliance as per IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 . Oversee PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA and related documentation. Handle customer and supplier quality audits. Drive root cause analysis, CAPA, and improvement initiatives. Support NPD for flawless part launches and quality validation. Develop and mentor the quality team. Requirements: 14+ years of experience in Quality Management (Sheet Metal / Stamping industry). Strong understanding of automotive quality systems and audits. Role Overview: The candidate will handle all NPD documentation, coordinate across departments, and ensure compliance with customer and system requirements including MACE and IATF 16949 . Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow and related documentation. Support MACE audits , customer approvals, and process validations. Ensure document control, version management, and inter-department coordination. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in NPD or quality documentation within the Sheet Metal / Stamping industry . Good knowledge of automotive documentation standards and audit requirements. Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical (preferred). CTC: ₹6 LPA + (depending on experience and competency).
