Job Description

• Supervise and manage the maintenance team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. • Plan, schedule, and oversee all maintenance and repair work, including preventative maintenance. • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address issues. • Ensure the efficient and reliable operation of all hospital systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and biomedical equipment • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and best practices. • Motivate and foster a positive work environment within the team. • Implement and enforce safety procedures for all maintenance personnel • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities • Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities Candidates having minimum 10 years’ experience in similar role.
