Maintenance Head

As a Maintenance Manager, your role will involve developing and implementing maintenance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of facilities and equipment. You will be responsible for planning and scheduling preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and prolong the lifespan of assets. Additionally, you will manage a team of maintenance technicians, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and development. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, facilities management, or a related field preferred. - Proven experience in maintenance management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Strong technical knowledge of building systems and mechanical equipment. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Proficiency in maintenance management software and CMMS. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards. - Project management skills and experience overseeing large-scale maintenance projects. - Relevant certifications such as CRLP or FMP are desirable.,
