About Our Client

• Lead and manage the quality function across plants.
• Ensure SOP implementation and adherence to quality management systems.
• Oversee QA for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.
• Establish and maintain 5S systems and in-process quality controls.
• Drive compliance with factory standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage deviation handling and implement CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Handle and resolve technical complaints from stakeholders.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and continuous improvement programs.
• Provide strategic input on quality excellence to senior leadership.
  

The Successful Applicant

• Experience: 10-15 years in quality management within steel or heavy manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in auditing, SOPs, 5S systems, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Proven ability in multi-plant quality operations management.
• Hands-on experience in process improvement & deviation management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be willing to be based near plant location
