Key Responsibilities

:

  • Assist in conducting routine quality checks and inspections on products and processes.
  • Perform in-process inspections to ensure that products adhere to defined quality specifications.
  • Assist in identifying and documenting non-conformities and deviations from established quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality checks performed.
  • Prepare reports summarizing quality performance metrics and findings.
  • Ensure all documentation is in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and other teams to address quality-related issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in investigating product defects or process deviations to identify root causes.
  • Support the development of action plans to prevent recurrence of issues.
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality procedures, industry standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, FDA, etc.).
  • Assist with audits and assessments, preparing necessary documents and reports.


Qualification

:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Science, or related discipline) is preferred.
  • Additional certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO, Lean) are a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures or tools (e.g., inspection, testing, and data analysis) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
