Key Responsibilities

Assist in conducting routine quality checks and inspections on products and processes.
Perform in-process inspections to ensure that products adhere to defined quality specifications.
Assist in identifying and documenting non-conformities and deviations from established quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality checks performed.
Prepare reports summarizing quality performance metrics and findings.
Ensure all documentation is in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Work closely with production, engineering, and other teams to address quality-related issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in investigating product defects or process deviations to identify root causes.
Support the development of action plans to prevent recurrence of issues.
Ensure compliance with internal quality procedures, industry standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, FDA, etc.).
Assist with audits and assessments, preparing necessary documents and reports.

Qualification

Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Science, or related discipline) is preferred.
Additional certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO, Lean) are a plus but not required.
Familiarity with quality control procedures or tools (e.g., inspection, testing, and data analysis) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
