Role Overview

The Quality Assurance Executive / Senior Executive will be responsible for ensuring product quality, safety compliance, and adherence to established SOPs across operations. The role involves inspection, testing, vendor coordination, customer support, and continuous improvement in quality and safety standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Strictly follow and ensure adherence to all

  Safety Department guidelines

  during every activity.
• Identify and

  escalate safety-related issues

  to the Safety In-charge, Warehouse In-charge, and Quality Manager.
• Ensure proper usage of

  Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

  during all operational activities.
• Conduct

  packing material inspections

  , supplier visits, audits, and provide training and support for

  new vendor development

  .
• Monitor and control the

  packing material cleaning process

  .
• Perform

  sampling and analysis of chemical inward materials

  .
• Carry out

  visual inspection of repacked products and labels

  prior to dispatch.
• Prepare, review, and issue

  test reports

  as per defined quality standards.
• Ensure

  zero customer rejection

  by maintaining high-quality standards.
• Prepare

  Purchase Orders

  and manage procurement of chemicals required for laboratory analysis.
• Support in handling

  customer complaints

  and ensure resolution within defined timelines.
• Assist

  Sales & Marketing teams

  by addressing customer technical queries.
• Support Sales & Marketing in

  liquidation of colour / non-moving materials

  .
• Provide

  training to supervisors and contract workers

  on SOPs and daily operational activities.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of

  labels and label content

  for repacked products.
• Prepare and submit

  reports to management

  (Daily reports, WIG, JC, and other reports as required).

  chemical analysis and inspection procedures

• Good communication and coordination abilities

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry
