Quality Executive

1. Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)

• Monitor and enforce QA/QC procedures at every stage of production (raw materials, in-process, final product).
• Ensure all products meet internal and external standards, including taste, appearance, and shelf life.
• Supervise lab testing and sensory evaluations.

2. Testing and Inspection

• Perform or supervise microbiological, chemical, and physical tests on water, ingredients, and finished beverages.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment, sanitation, and hygiene.
• Sample batches regularly and compare against control specifications.

3. Documentation and Record-Keeping

• Maintain accurate and complete records for batch production, testing, and compliance.
• Prepare quality reports, deviation logs, and audit summaries.
• Ensure traceability of all raw materials and products.

4. Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure adherence to FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, FDA, or other regional/international food safety standards.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting the beverage sector.
• Prepare for and support regulatory and customer audits.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Identify and resolve quality issues using root cause analysis.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Suggest process improvements to enhance product consistency and reduce waste.

6. Training and Coordination

• Train production staff on quality protocols, hygiene, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Coordinate with R&D, production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure quality standards are integrated across departments.

7. Supplier and Raw Material Quality Management

• Evaluate and audit suppliers for compliance with quality standards.
• Test and approve incoming raw materials and packaging.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
