Job Title / Role: Team leader

Department: Quality Assurance

Section: Plant QA / CKD

Location: Hosur Plant, Tamil Nadu

Education Qualification: - Diploma in Engineering (3yrs exp) or BE (2yrs exp) or A3 / B1 role in other function

Required Experience: Supplier communication, handling multi-function team.

Position Reports to Group Leader

Key words to source profile/ Must have skills -

Purpose of the role

1. Manage and handle inspectors in CKD packing area.
2. Handling distributor (customer) complaint 3. Handling CKD packing complaint at TVSM & Offloaded packing location 3. Adherence to DWM for CKD packing location team

Primary Responsibilities

1. Review adherence of SQ inspection daily work management.

2.Communicate to supplier & relevant stake holders for PPFR , distributor complaints

3. Follow QC/QA system of hanlding complaints (Distributor , Line & CKD packing location

4. Monitor M2 action & M3 action status for distributor complaints

5. Review retainment , customer complaint effectiveness.

6. Review and conduct FQI audit , AQI audit , Sub-system audit

7. Develop inspection / detection gates to prevent defect to distributors

8. Supplier visit - Periodical / Specific requirement - Control plan audit , Supplier retainment audit, Part specific process audit

9.Attend and present the status of MPCP & target setting as per targets assigned

10. Improve competency , Active participation in QC Story presentation
