Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving continuous improvement in our processes and products. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and improve quality control procedures and standards. Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformance issues. Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits (ISO, customer audits, etc.). Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure quality objectives are met. Maintain and analyze quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, scrap rates). Review and approve inspection and test plans. Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company standards, and applicable regulations. Train staff on quality tools, techniques, and best practices.
