Job details

We're seeking experienced and talented testing engineers to work on our banking services that serves millions of customers daily.

The resource will:

• Ensure the quality assessments of the deliverables in the squad
• Ensure Product/ Software quality

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. A QE is confined to a particular delivery squad and follows the scrum model and delivery governance as part of the squad.
2. Responsible for the quality assessments of the deliverables/ user stories in the delivery squad.
3. Responsible for all QE deliveries across delivery squads of high quality.
4. Have a SDET(Software development Engineer test) mindset of conducting RCA for any defects.
5. Responsible for the automation of complex user stories that are part of Delivery Sprint and the creation of Automation Test Suite.
6. Responsible for the creation/ updating of the Test Docs and get it reviewed.
7. Participate in software development process including review of code written by other developers, if required.
8. Responsible for testing the complex test scenarios.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Degree or tertiary qualification in Technology.

2. 3-5+ years

   of quality engineering experience and strong Software Testing mindset.
3. Strong programming skills in 

   Java or Python.

4. Knowledge of working with various 

   automation tools

   and/or other comparable technologies.
5. Knowledge of UI Automation using 

   Selenium, Cucumber, Page Object Design Pattern, Page Factory, TestNG

   etc.
6. Knowledge of API/ Backend Automation using 

   Rest Assured, Junit, Mockito, Spring Boot, Cucumber.

7. Knowledge of performing testing in different phases of software development life cycle and in CI/CD projects.
8. Proficient in creating/ maintaining Test Beds and Test Docs (like: 

   RTM, Test Plan, Test Strategy Doc

   etc.)
9. Work with the teams identifying opportunities to deliver Quality Engineering.
