Quality Engineer

A Quality Engineer ensures products and processes meet established quality standards by developing and implementing quality control procedures, testing raw materials and final products, analyzing data to identify defects, and recommending improvements. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, often with a bachelor's degree in an engineering field and experience with quality management systems like ISO 9001. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Quality Systems:Create, monitor, and approve processes and quality control plans to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
• Product & Process Testing:Inspect raw materials, components, and final products to identify defects and ensure they meet specifications.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:Analyze quality data, report on malfunctions, and use findings to identify areas for improvement.
• Issue Resolution:Investigate and resolve quality-related issues that arise during production and testing.
• Compliance:Ensure adherence to relevant quality and regulatory standards, such as ISO standards.
• Auditing:Conduct audits of systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and effectively.
• Documentation:Create and maintain quality documentation and procedures.

Required Skills

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in statistical analysis, quality management tools (like Lean and Six Sigma), and reading technical documents.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues and devise solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to report findings and collaborate with teams.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous focus on details to ensure accuracy in testing and analysis.
• Project Management: Ability to plan, organize, and manage quality-related projects.

Education & Experience

• Education:A bachelor's degree in engineering, such as mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering, is typically required.
• Experience:Experience in a manufacturing or related environment is often preferred, along with familiarity with specific quality standards and tools.

Pay: ₹18,016.03 - ₹50,373.62 per month
