Key Responsibilities: Inspecting materials, components, and finished products: This involves visual inspection, measurement, and testing to verify compliance with specifications. Operating inspection equipment: Using tools like calipers, micrometers, and electronic inspection equipment to assess quality. Identifying and documenting defects: Recording any deviations from specifications and providing detailed reports. Working with production teams: Communicating quality issues and collaborating on corrective actions to improve production processes. Maintaining inspection records: Keeping accurate records of inspections, tests, and results. Understanding and interpreting blueprints and specifications: Ensuring products adhere to design requirements. Suggesting process improvements: Identifying areas for improvement in production to enhance quality and efficiency. Ensuring safety and compliance: Following safety procedures and regulations related to quality control.
