Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quality inspection, quality control procedures, and documentation within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all of the quality check procedures put in place by the company are followed during every production phase
• Create comprehensive documentation for quality issues and note the corrective actions that were taken.
• For multi skilling on all QC lines which can be used to reduce & maintain QC WIP (Work in Progress)
• Educate production team on quality control issues and work with departmental managers to improve overall company safety and product quality
• Create process checklists and coordinate quality inspections with departmental managers
• Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
• Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
• Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.
• Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
• Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
• Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Quality Department within a manufacturing/production setup.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards, inspection tools, and testing techniques.
• Good knowledge of measurement instruments, QC documentation, and reporting.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues quickly.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
