Job Description

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 1–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control. Strong knowledge of quality tools: 7QC Tools, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC. Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.). Good understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal, plastic, assembly). Exposure to ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 systems. Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Preferred Skills (Optional):Experience in automotive or precision manufacturing. Knowledge of supplier quality management. Ability to interpret engineering drawings & GD&T. Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, procedures, and documentation. Conduct in-process and final product inspections. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA). Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators (PPM, rejection rate, scrap, etc.). Manage customer complaints and coordinate timely resolution. Lead internal audits and support external/third-party audits. Prepare and maintain APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and other quality documents. Coordinate with production, engineering, and suppliers for quality improvements. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer-specific requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, and Lean activities.
