Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure product quality as per company and industry standards.
Conduct in-process & final inspections and document findings.
Prepare and maintain quality reports, checklists, and inspection records.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Work closely with production to reduce defects, improve process efficiency, and solve quality issues.
Handle customer complaints, analyse issues, and provide resolutions.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001 or applicable).
Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure proper calibration of tools, gauges, and testing instruments.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of QC tools (7 QC tools, 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, etc.)
Good understanding of ISO documentation and quality procedures.
Knowledge of measurement instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.)
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to coordinate with production and cross-functional teams.
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related engineering field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
