Job Summary:

DeStaco Turnkey Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Officer with 3–5 years of experience in the marine industry to ensure that all marine fabrication, installation, and maintenance activities comply with applicable quality standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor Quality Control procedures for marine projects including fabrication, outfitting, piping, structural works, and repairs.

• Conduct inspections and quality checks as per approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).

• Ensure compliance with applicable marine standards, class requirements, client specifications, and statutory regulations.

• Coordinate with project, engineering, and production teams to resolve quality-related issues.

• Identify non-conformities (NCs), prepare NCRs, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

• Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and records as per project and client requirements.

• Liaise with clients, surveyors, and third-party inspectors during audits and inspections.

• Support internal and external quality audits and ensure timely closure of observations.

• Promote a quality-driven culture at site and ensure adherence to company QA/QC policies.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Marine / Naval Architecture / Engineering or related discipline.

• 3 to 5 years of Quality Control experience in the marine, shipyard, offshore, or marine engineering sector.

• Knowledge of marine quality standards, inspection procedures, and documentation.

• Familiarity with class society requirements (ABS, DNV, BV, IRS, etc.) is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Willingness to work at shipyard and project sites.

Experience Level:

3 to 5 Years (Marine Construction Industry)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
