Job Description : Quality Control (QC) Officer The Quality Control Officer is responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards. This role involves inspecting materials, monitoring production processes, conducting tests, identifying defects, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products. Document and report quality issues, deviations, and non - conformities. Ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements. Analyze data from inspections and tests to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams to resolve quality issues. Maintain accurate quality records and documentation. Participate in internal and external audits as required. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Assist in developing and improving quality control procedures. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field. Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Ability to interpret technical documents and specifications. Strong communication and reporting skills. Proficiency with quality inspection tools and software. Work Environment This role may require working in production areas, laboratories, or warehouses. Protective equipment may be required depending on the work setting.
