Quality Control Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Control Executive with hands-on experience in fabrication and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and ensuring that all fabricated components meet company and client quality standards. The role requires strong technical knowledge of welding, cutting, and assembly inspection procedures in a fabrication environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-process and final inspections of fabricated components and assemblies.
• Verify product dimensions, welding quality, surface finish, and alignment as per drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, and quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with fabrication drawings, welding standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with production and design teams to identify and rectify non-conformities.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
• Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments and inspection tools.
• Support quality audits (internal and external) and assist in maintaining ISO/quality system compliance.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality control procedures on the shop floor.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
• 2–6 years of experience in Quality Control within a fabrication or manufacturing company.
• Good knowledge of fabrication processes (cutting, welding, bending, assembly).
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication and engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with inspection tools such as vernier calliper, micro meter, welding gauges, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• QC: 4 years (Preferred)
