The Quality Control Executive will be responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and testing materials and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications. The role involves identifying defects, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining detailed documentation to support continuous improvement in product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods as per quality parameters.
2. Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional checks to ensure product conformity.
3. Maintain and update inspection records, test reports, and quality documentation.
4. Identify and report non-conformities, and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
5. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality-related issues.
6. Ensure compliance with ISO and company quality standards.
7. Monitor calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments.
8. Assist in process audits and internal/external quality inspections.
9. Support new product trials and report findings to the Quality Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
