Designation : QUALITY CONTROL AND LAB TECHNICIAN

Qualification : Diploma / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry / Chemical

Engineering or relevant field

Experience :* 2+ Years in similar profile and Experience working with BIS standards, NABL*

labs, or ISO-certified environments will be an added advantage

Skills

• Strong knowledge of laboratory testing methods & IS standards
• Attention to detail and accuracy in test execution
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Familiarity with QC lab instruments and calibration
• Discipline, integrity, and adherence to compliance

Job Location : Sanand, Ahmedabad

Testing & Analysis (IS Code Focused)

• Sample Management: Collect, receive, log, and label raw material and finished product samples.
• Standardized Testing: Conduct tests strictly in accordance with IS Codes / BIS standards for petroleum and chemical products.
• Result Accuracy: Perform precise testing, evaluation, and validation of test results to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
• Report Preparation: Prepare detailed test reports and share findings with relevant departments within defined timelines.

Laboratory Compliance & Documentation

• NABL Documentation: Maintain laboratory records, calibration logs, and documentation as per NABL requirements.
• SOP Adherence: Ensure all tests are performed as per SOPs and quality protocols.
• Audit Support: Assist during internal and external quality audits.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and secure records of test data and certifications.

Equipment Handling & Maintenance

• Operate laboratory instruments and testing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure equipment is handled as per safety norms and operational standards.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines and lab safety protocols.
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals.
• Report deviations, non-conformities, and quality concerns immediately.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
