Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced QC Chemist for our laboratory with expertise in oil and lubricant testing. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in quality control within the lubricants or oil industry and a strong understanding of laboratory testing standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Perform routine and advanced quality control testing of lubricants, oils and related products.

Ø Conduct analytical tests as per ASTM / IS / ISO standards.

Ø Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Ø Analyze test results, prepare QC reports, and maintain proper laboratory documentation.

Ø Identify deviations and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Ø Calibrate, operate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.

Ø Support production and R&D teams with quality-related inputs.

Ø Ensure adherence to laboratory safety and quality procedures.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

ØBachelor’s degree in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry or equivalent.

Ø3–5 years of relevant experience in oil testing and quality control.

ØPrior experience in the lubricants oil industry is mandatory.

ØStrong knowledge of QC procedures, analytical techniques, and testing methods related to oils and lubricants.

ØFamiliarity with laboratory documentation and quality systems.
