Quality Control Chemist

As a Quality Control Technician, your main responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive quality testing of CBFS Oil, Water, and Carbon Black in accordance with plant norms. This includes performing routine analyses using advanced testing equipment and methodologies to ensure compliance with established standards and identify any deviations. You will need to document and report findings meticulously, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible. Collaboration with other departments will be essential to address any quality issues promptly. Continuous monitoring and improvement of testing procedures will also be required to enhance overall quality control within the plant. Your duties will also involve performing lab work, including equipment calibration and record-keeping. It is crucial to meet all requirements and utilize KSS to avoid failures. Focus should also be given to reducing maintenance costs while maintaining operational performance. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be responsible for quality checking of Carbon Black samples in-process. This includes monitoring the quality checking of in-process products and providing prompt information to the Control Room and Warehouse. You will also be involved in material allocation and dispatch activities, ensuring the availability of tested material for dispatching. It will be your responsibility to ensure the allocation of quality material as per Customer Spec and Contract review, monitor timely allocation, release loading ship for material loading, and release COA for on-time delivery.,
