Position - Corporate Communication & IR Executive Experience - 2-4 years Location - Nagpur Key Responsibilities: Corporate Communications & Branding Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies to support the brand’s reputation and positioning. Draft engaging newsletters, employee communications, corporate announcements, and leadership messages. Manage media relations, draft press releases, and coordinate PR efforts to ensure positive media coverage. Create content for websites, social media platforms, campaigns, and marketing materials with a strong focus on brand consistency. Maintain and enhance the company’s digital presence across all platforms. Collaborate on the development and design of quarterly employee magazines – ZIM Connect . Investor Relations Assist in preparing quarterly earnings presentations, annual reports, and earnings call materials. Coordinate communications related to AGMs and Board Meetings, including newspaper notices. Ensure timely and accurate updates to the Investor Relations section of the company website. Analyse financial reports, industry trends, and competitor data to support strategic decision-making. Create briefing documents, FAQs, and presentations for senior leadership. Support relationship-building with analysts, institutional investors, and key stakeholders. CSR & ESG Initiatives Design and deliver internal and external communications for CSR and ESG initiatives. Support community engagement efforts and actively participate in CSR programs. Compile ESG data and manage sustainability communications and reporting processes. Additional Responsibilities Support internal communication campaigns through digital and creative content. Manage the ZIM Laboratories Limited Website along with its subsidiary websites. Manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders while meeting tight deadlines. Write high-quality content for reports, blogs, presentations, and creative campaigns.
You will be responsible for assisting in the collection and testing of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines. Additionally, you will be required to learn and provide support in the basic operation and maintenance of laboratory instruments such as HPLC, UV, pH meter, etc., under supervision. It will be your responsibility to maintain accurate records of test results and lab activities in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You must strictly adhere to GMP, GLP, and safety protocols, and report any deviations or non-conformities to your supervisor. Furthermore, you will participate in training sessions to gain an understanding of Quality Control (QC) procedures, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
