Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist for Sales Demo & Customer Handling at Cubic Logics, you will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing the quality of product demos and customer interactions conducted over platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meets. Your role will involve monitoring and evaluating sales demo sessions, maintaining quality standards, providing training and coaching, analyzing performance metrics, driving process improvement, and ensuring a customer-centric focus in all interactions. You will be tasked with listening to and assessing recorded sales demo sessions to evaluate customer handling skills, English proficiency, call quality, and adherence to call flow protocols. Your keen eye for detail will help you identify areas of improvement and provide constructive feedback to sales representatives to enhance their performance. In addition, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's quality standards and compliance requirements by developing and maintaining a scoring system or rubric to evaluate call performance. Collaborating with the sales and training teams, you will design and deliver coaching sessions based on evaluation findings and provide actionable insights to improve customer handling, communication, and sales techniques. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will generate detailed reports on call quality trends, common issues, and performance metrics, which you will present to management and recommend strategies for continuous improvement. You will work closely with the sales team to refine call scripts, demo flows, and customer interaction strategies, incorporating industry best practices into quality assurance processes. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, customer service, or sales. Excellent command of the English language, strong analytical skills, proficiency in using call monitoring tools and CRM software, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide constructive feedback are essential for success in this position. Preferred qualifications include experience in sales or customer service roles, knowledge of sales demo processes and customer handling techniques, and familiarity with quality assurance frameworks and methodologies.
